WUXI MIND ELECTRIC CO.,LTD declares and certifies that all components manufactured are RoHS compliant according to the definitions and restrictions given by The European Parliament (Directive 2002/95/EC) and The Council of January 27, 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, except as those noted below.* The directive provides guidelines to restrict the use of hazardous substances in the material composition of the components we supply throughout the supply chain and WUXI MIND ELECTRIC CO.,LTD states that any of the following list of banned substances are not in any part of the components we supply except as noted.

1. Lead (Pb)1,000 ppm **

2. Cadmium(Cd) 100 ppm **

3. Mercury(Hg) 1,000 ppm **

4. Hexavalent chromium(Cr⁺⁶) 1,000 ppm **

5. Poly-brominated biphenyls (PBB) 1,000 ppm **

6. Poly-brominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) 1,000 ppm **

These include all product categories as follows:

HH5 series relay

HH6 series relay

    TP5 series socket

    TP6 series socket

All the products listed above are now made in accordance to the RoHS directive which states that:

** “A maximum concentration of 0.1% by weight in homogenous materials for lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE) and of 0.01% by weight in homogenous materials for cadmium shall be tolerated.”
